At Ateljé, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Ateljé packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
